About This Role
- Own operational and application support for Blue Yonder systems impacting European business operations, including occasional out-of-hours support.
- Configure, administer, and maintain Blue Yonder applications with responsibility for user provisioning, access management, and performance monitoring to ensure service availability.
- Design, develop, and maintain custom software solutions and integrations between Blue Yonder and other enterprise systems following Agile methodologies.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience administering and customizing Blue Yonder (JDA) Demand and Fulfillment modules.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Shell Scripting/Bash; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related discipline.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years relevant experience as specified.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in troubleshooting production issues and providing application support in business-critical environments.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery practices and collaboration with cross-functional teams including vendors.
- Capable of independently managing end-to-end system support and enhancements with strong communication and organizational skills.
