About This Role
- Develop and maintain custom CRM modules including leads, contacts, deals, and user roles using frontend and backend technologies.
- Build responsive dashboards, forms, reports and manage database design for MongoDB and SQL systems.
- Implement authentication, role-based access control, integrate third-party APIs, and support deployment and post-release changes.
Minimum Requirements
- Approximately 1 year of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer; internships may be considered.
- Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Next.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap) and API testing tools like Postman.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working in CRM, ERP, admin panel, or SaaS dashboard development environments.
- Able to translate client requirements into actionable development tasks and work under senior developers with gradual module ownership.
- Familiarity with a full stack environment including REST APIs, database schema design, and secure authentication mechanisms (JWT, sessions, RBAC).
