About This Role
- Lead design and delivery of scalable, high-quality full-stack Java application systems across enterprise environments.
- Ensure architectural alignment, enforce engineering standards, and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Drive AI-augmented engineering practices and mentor mid-level engineers towards successful project execution.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-10+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering and enterprise application architecture with technical leadership.
- Advanced expertise in Java (Java 17/21), Spring ecosystem, microservices, REST/gRPC APIs, and asynchronous messaging (Kafka, Solace, JMS).
- Proficient in modern frontend frameworks React and/or Angular with TypeScript and state management (Redux/NgRx).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required; Master's preferred; Location: Pune/Hybrid.

- Experienced in end-to-end full-stack software architecture and technical leadership in large enterprise settings.
- Proficient in integrating AI-assisted development tools into daily engineering workflows to improve productivity.
