About This Role
- Own the design, development, and maintenance of scalable automation frameworks across UI, API, integration, and backend testing to ensure product quality.
- Lead integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and establish release gates to improve pipeline efficiency and release confidence.
- Drive performance testing and root cause analysis to reduce defects, improve system stability, and accelerate development velocity.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years in software quality engineering with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
- Hands-on experience building scalable test automation frameworks for UI (Appium), API, and backend systems.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) including test integration and pipeline optimization.
- Ability to work from the Bangalore office 4 days per week.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in collaborating with DevOps and SRE teams to improve system reliability and observability.
- Practical expertise with performance testing (load, stress, scalability) and resolving bottlenecks.
- Proficient in leveraging AI/ML-based tools (Claude, Cursor, Copilot) for enhancing test automation and debugging workflows.
