About This Role
- Prepare test data and environments, execute comprehensive test plans including manual and automated tests for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are met and perform regression and performance testing to maintain software stability.
- Monitor and improve QA process efficiency; troubleshoot and resolve defects in collaboration with development teams; provide production support.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-5 years work experience in QA/testing roles.
- Strong hands-on manual testing skills including test case design, SDLC knowledge, and defect life cycle handling.
- Experience testing Web and Mobile applications (both native and web) and use of API testing tools like Postman and JMeter.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and use of bug tracking tools such as JIRA.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Agile frameworks with practical knowledge of QA methodologies and tools.
- Comfortable with cross-team collaboration including developers, product managers, and designers in product environments.
- Possesses skills in performance testing and monitoring QA process improvements.
