About This Role
- Lead architectural vision and technical strategy for a large-scale, enterprise SaaS product (Ready) ensuring scalability, resiliency, and performance.
- Drive technology stack decisions, oversee cross-team architectural reviews, and lead complex engineering initiatives including cloud-native services and distributed systems.
- Champion observability, operational excellence, AI-assisted engineering adoption, and mentor senior engineers to elevate technical standards and product platform readiness.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 16+ years of professional software engineering experience with enterprise-scale product development.
- Strong proficiency in Java, database technologies (relational and non-relational), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and observability tools.
- Experience leading architecture discussions, technical roadmap definition, troubleshooting across application/infrastructure/database layers, and AI-assisted engineering practices.

- Senior technical leader with strategic and hands-on expertise in scalable, secure, cloud-native enterprise SaaS systems.
- Experienced in driving cross-team alignment on architecture and engineering standards in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
