About This Role
- Design, implement, and support Oracle databases on Exadata and cloud platforms including Oracle Database@Azure.
- Develop and maintain high availability, disaster recovery, and backup solutions using RAC, Data Guard, ZDLRA, and related technologies.
- Automate provisioning, patching, cloning, and operational workflows using Python, Ansible, Terraform, and APIs; support migrations, replication, and cloud transformation initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of Oracle Database engineering or administration experience.
- Expertise with Oracle Database 19c/26ai, RAC, ASM, Data Guard, RMAN, OEM, and Oracle Exadata.
- Hands-on experience with database security controls including TDE and Oracle Key Vault.
- Proficiency in automation and scripting tools: Python, Ansible, Terraform, Shell; experience with Linux-based database environments and cloud platforms (Azure, OCI, hybrid).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced Oracle DBA comfortable managing mission-critical, enterprise-grade Exadata and cloud database environments.
- Skilled in advanced Oracle database performance tuning, troubleshooting, and security compliance.
- Capable of driving automation and modernization efforts within complex hybrid cloud infrastructures.
