About This Role
- Own end-to-end trade support and settlement operations for Global Treasury investment and liability management portfolios, ensuring compliance with market deadlines and SLAs.
- Lead and drive transformation initiatives including operating model changes and technology infrastructure upgrades to reduce risk and improve efficiency without compromising BAU service.
- Provide subject matter expertise to junior team members, collaborate with multiple internal teams (Business, Risk, Compliance, IT) and oversee control environment to maintain strong risk and compliance standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Treasury, Investment operations, or Financial Services industry.
- Graduate degree or higher in Finance, Commerce, or related field (e.g., B.COM, BBA, MBA Finance, M.COM).
- Extensive knowledge of Treasury products, securities, settlements, rates, and related financial attributes including hands-on experience with FICC, NSCC, Repo, reverse repo, DTC, FED settlements.
- Experience with trade lifecycle support, collateral management, and operating market infrastructure such as SWIFT, Markitwire, Summit, and familiarity with automation tools and macros.
