About This Role
- Own the creation and management of software feature implementation and product backlog, ensuring alignment with product timing plans.
- Lead sprint planning, execution, and review processes, resolving impediments and adjusting priorities as needed.
- Provide project progress and software readiness updates, manage defect processes, and leverage AI tools to improve productivity.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 15 years overall experience, with at least 7 years in product ownership or management roles within automotive software industry.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
- Strong understanding of automotive software architectures, embedded systems, and ISO 26262 compliance.
- Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional, global teams.

- Proven experience delivering complex automotive software products using agile methodologies.
- Skilled in backlog prioritization, roadmap planning, and defect management within automotive domain.
- Comfortable navigating global matrix organizations and communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders.
