About This Role
- Oversee medium-size to moderately complex IT projects including developing detailed work plans, schedules, resource plans, and status reports.
- Interface with project staff and clients to communicate project status and drive necessary process improvements.
- Coach and advise new or junior analysts while ensuring quality standards and compliance with policies and regulations.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in IT project leadership or related roles.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strong organizational, analytical, communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting priorities effectively.
