About This Role
- Own and continuously optimize a global price-steering algorithm, including refining formulas and integrating new data sources.
- Develop and maintain advanced pricing analytics models and dashboards to deliver actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Global Pricing, Finance, and Digital teams to translate business needs into technical solutions and ensure data infrastructure alignment.
Minimum Requirements
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a complex data environment.
- Proficiency in English (business level, written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel up to 10% and work outside standard hours during global Go Live events.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience with data engineering (Databricks, Microsoft Azure), data architecture, and data visualization (Microsoft Power BI preferred).
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, and SQL, focusing on data manipulation and model setup.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language, with experience in multinational, dynamic organizations and familiarity with Pricing or Financial Reporting.
