About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of compliance, cloud migration, and SaaS implementation projects, managing project plans, risks, and governance.
- Serve as primary customer-facing project lead, coordinating cross-functional global teams and driving stakeholder communications and executive reporting.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, regulatory, and internal standards while supporting change management and implementation readiness.
Minimum Requirements
- 11-15 years of project management experience in compliance, financial services, technology, or regulated industries.
- Experience leading large-scale, complex, multi-stakeholder programs including Cloud Migration or SaaS implementations.
- Ability to work hybrid with shift 12:30 PM - 9:30 PM IST and support US business hours when required.
- Experience with project governance, risk management, and delivery across Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Expertise in managing cross-functional and globally distributed teams with excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Background in compliance domains such as AML, financial crime, trade surveillance, risk management, or RegTech is advantageous.
- Experience with SURVEIL-X, NTR-X platforms, PMP/PRINCE2 certification, and managing digital/cloud/AI transformation projects preferred.
