About This Role
- Lead end-to-end product development and delivery of token services tailored to Indian regulatory requirements (RBI and PCI DSS).
- Act as product owner for scrum teams, managing backlogs, sprint planning, and feature prioritization to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with risk, legal, compliance, global product, and platform teams to ensure regulatory compliance and align on roadmap and strategic planning.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in product development, preferably in payments, fintech, or regulated financial services.
- Strong experience with agile methodologies and writing user stories for scrum teams.
- Familiarity with RBI regulations and PCI DSS compliance requirements.
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years
