About This Role
- Execute comprehensive code reviews to maintain coding standards, identify bugs, and promote best practices.
- Assist DevOps in software deployment and meet defined performance and quality metrics.
- Diagnose and fix software defects, develop and maintain technical documentation, and coach new team members locally.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or vocational education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of software engineering experience with Python, Linux, AWS, and related tooling.
- Experience with Ansible, MongoDB, GitHub Actions, CI/CD, Git, shell & Powershell scripting, and Gen AI prompting in AWS environments.
- Full-time onsite presence required with a minimum of 3 days per week in-office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end software development with ownership of design, testing, and quality in Python-based solutions.
- Capable of collaborating with senior team members and influencing best practices and technical guidance locally.
- Proficient in diagnosing complex software issues and delivering reliable, high-quality software in AWS environments.
