About This Role
- Lead and deliver Oracle Fusion Financials system enhancements, finance period-end close support, and roadmap projects.
- Manage a team of Business Analysts including workload, priorities, and development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to ensure solution quality, testing, and deployment readiness.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years experience with Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Financials (AP, GL, FA) including hands-on configuration.
- Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle APIs, integrations, conversions, and reporting solutions.
- Experience in business requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution design, and testing including Oracle quarterly patch evaluation.
- Proven leadership managing Business Analysts and cross-functional teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced Oracle Fusion Financials professional with strong technical and functional expertise in finance modules and system integration.
- Capable of leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders in a global finance environment.
- Skilled in continuous process improvement, data governance, and Agile delivery environments.
