About This Role
- Define, implement, and optimize Talent Acquisition systems including Workday and Eightfold, ensuring alignment with HR processes and enterprise architecture.
- Manage technical artifacts, system changes, bi-annual Workday releases, and ensure seamless performance with minimal disruption.
- Drive continuous improvement, troubleshooting, global deployments, and work with third-party vendors to enhance product quality and integrations.
Minimum Requirements
- Certification in Workday Recruitment (current or previous).
- 8+ years of experience in Workday HCM and Recruitment modules.
- Experience managing system changes, offer letter updates, candidate data purges, and mass data operations.
- Location: Bangalore, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong blend of HR functional expertise and technical capability in Workday Recruitment and HCM modules with proven troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in managing complex system releases and change management, particularly Workday bi-annual releases, preferably within Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments.
- Background working with global system deployments, localization strategies and collaborating with third-party vendors and delivery partners in a product management or related role.
