About This Role
- Own the vision, framework, and roadmap for building a centralized API integration ecosystem from scratch, enabling quick and consistent onboarding of new and legacy applications.
- Define and deliver a working API strategy within six months, then mature and scale it across the organization with measurable success metrics.
- Lead and grow a focused product team in Baroda, collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders, and communicate progress and risks to leadership regularly.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience with demonstrated ownership of technical/platform initiatives.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or a related area.
- Experience building or scaling an API strategy or integration platform including working with both greenfield and legacy systems.
- Location: Must be able to lead a team based in Baroda, India (implied onsite presence or proximity).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional technical initiatives on defined timelines, especially API strategies or integration platforms.
- Experienced leader capable of managing and mentoring product/technical teams across distributed locations.
- Strong understanding of API design principles and modern API management, comfortable operating in ambiguous build phases.
