About This Role
- Design, develop, and deliver complex finance-focused analytics and data engineering solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Azure, and Snowflake.
- Lead hands-on development and mentor team members on financial data modeling, analytics, and problem-solving.
- Translate ambiguous finance and business problems into structured analytics solutions and deliver insights via dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in data-focused roles with significant hands-on delivery experience.
- Strong expertise in SQL and hands-on experience with Alteryx, Python, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of financial data concepts such as trial balances, P&L, and revenue data.
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years

- Experienced in partnering with finance, accounting, and business stakeholders to align analytics with accounting logic and business expectations.
- Comfortable operating across data engineering, analytics, and BI use cases within finance contexts.
- Able to mentor junior team members through hands-on collaboration and technical guidance in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
