About This Role
- Oversee end-to-end mall operations including property management, tenant coordination, customer services, facility and contract services to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning and safety compliance.
- Accountable for operational excellence and tenant/customer satisfaction, including 100% mall leasing, managing P&L aspects such as rent and utility billing, and vendor performance oversight.
- Analyze retail and shopper performance metrics, support business planning and budgeting, and ensure compliance with local regulations and emergency preparedness.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in mall operations, hotel operations, property management, or related facility industry roles, preferably at AGM/GM level.
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Marine Engineering, Hotel Management, or equivalent qualification.
- On-site work location requirement: Ludhiana, Punjab, India.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in large-scale mall or hotel operations with strong command of operational, tenant, and vendor management responsibilities at senior managerial level.
- Skilled in financial management related to property operations including rent collection, budgeting, and P&L analysis.
- Comfortable managing compliance with safety norms, emergency procedures, and coordinating with local authorities.
