About This Role
- Design, develop, debug, and maintain embedded Linux software for networking platforms using C, C++, and intermediate Python.
- Collaborate closely with hardware and firmware teams on software integration, system bring-up, and driver/RTOS development.
- Optimize software performance and reliability, participate in code reviews, testing, and design discussions.
Minimum Requirements
- Strong experience in Embedded Software Development with proficiency in C and C++.
- Experience in Embedded Linux, RTOS, and driver development required.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Onsite work at HPE office location required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in networking protocols especially L2 protocols (VLAN, 802.1x, LAG) and Ethernet switching in data path networking.
- Able to apply advanced embedded software knowledge independently and provide technical partnership across teams.
- Familiar with system architecture and embedded systems programming targeting high-performance networking products.
