About This Role
- Support screening and confirmation processes for diverse financial transactions including Corporate FX, Derivatives, Interbank, Fixed Income, and Money Market instruments.
- Manage client confirmations and documentation follow-up, ensuring timely receipt and signature validation, with regular interaction across front office, business, legal, and operations teams.
- Drive and participate in automation projects, UAT testing, process reviews, and monitor key risk indicators within Market Operations to ensure control adherence.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in financial services with exposure to risk and control activities, compliance or operations.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
- Knowledge of Treasury products, accounting, and regulatory policies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in transaction screening with understanding of global sanction screening guidelines and internal alert disposition procedures.
- Capable of managing multiple stakeholders and tasks simultaneously, with strong communication skills for cross-functional coordination.
- Skilled in analyzing complex information, identifying discrepancies, and driving process improvements and automation initiatives.
