About This Role
- Design and develop automated software orchestration solutions to validate next generation access network technologies in an R&D test lab environment.
- Automate manual test processes by integrating data streams across multiple systems to monitor system state during operational modes.
- Develop debugging and monitoring tools for live systems in the field, collaborating closely with system engineers and cross-functional teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5-7 years of software development experience.
- Experience with business process automation, Python-based automation frameworks, and preferably asynchronous programming.
- Work collaboratively with USA-based team members, available for live meetings usually in US evening hours.

- Experienced in software orchestration and automation within network or technology product environments, particularly IP or access networks.
- Skilled in developing front-end systems (e.g., React) and handling complex data processing tasks like regular expressions and predictive text.
- Capable of working in a small, agile team environment focused on innovation and operational quality with cross-team coordination.
