About This Role
- Drive the design and delivery of intuitive, accessible user experiences for Automation Anywhere's AI-powered workflow and automation products from concept through launch.
- Collaborate closely with designers, researchers, engineers, and product managers to create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed interaction specifications.
- Influence and build partnerships across teams to shape UX vision and strategy, advocating for user-centered roadmaps and product quality.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of experience designing and shipping software user experiences for web and mobile applications.
- Mandatory: Portfolio of UX-focused work samples demonstrating design thinking.
- Proficiency with UX design tools such as Claude, Figma, and working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience collaborating with Product Management and Engineering, and conducting UX research.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in addressing ambiguous UX problems and delivering end-to-end design solutions beyond wireframes and mockups.
- Skilled at storytelling and framing UX challenges for diverse stakeholders to obtain buy-in and align cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working onsite in Bangalore and engaging with multidisciplinary teams in a product-driven, AI-native design environment.
