About This Role
- Lead a global team managing end-to-end operational processes for Treasury Investment Portfolio, Liability Management, Repo and Markets Operations to ensure efficiency, control, and scalability.
- Drive operational strategy, risk and control governance, transformation initiatives including regulatory and platform modernization programs, and deliver KPI/KRI reporting to enhance transparency and continuous improvement.
- Partner with Global Markets Front Office, Treasury, Risk, Compliance, Technology, and other stakeholders to support business growth, operational excellence, and ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
Minimum Requirements
- 13+ years of relevant experience covering audit, strategy, product management, operations, risk, or control functions with Finance or Treasury focus.
- Minimum 5 years in management or leadership roles.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- Hands-on expertise in Treasury products, Repo markets, trade lifecycle support, and familiarity with systems like Markitwire, Summit, Bloomberg, SWIFT; knowledge of Macros, AI, or automation tools.
