About This Role
- Lead end-to-end Source to Pay Operations across multiple Asian countries and business lines including Procurement Operations, Accounts Payable and Payments.
- Manage offshore delivery centers in Bengaluru and Manila focusing on service delivery, operational performance, controls, and risk compliance within the Firm’s governance framework.
- Drive process simplification, automation and performance governance through stakeholder partnership and oversight of service levels, risk indicators, and remediation plans.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Source to Pay, Procure to Pay, Accounts Payable, Procurement Operations or related operations discipline with substantial regional leadership responsibility.
- Experience managing outsourced or offshore delivery models including governance, risk, controls and workforce management.
- Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include Accounting, Finance, Business, Operations or related disciplines.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end purchasing, invoice processing, payment operations and related accounting, tax, regulatory requirements applicable to Asia.
