About This Role
- Own enhancement and maintenance of the organization’s multi-agent AI delivery platform integrating multiple LLMs, AI models, agents, tools, workflows, and Salesforce technologies.
- Act as a senior Salesforce developer delivering projects using AI-first and agentic development practices, including Apex, LWC, Flow, APIs, and integrations, ensuring solutions meet architecture, security, and quality standards.
- Provide platform support by diagnosing and fixing issues spanning AI agents, LLMs, tools, integrations, and Salesforce components; enable adoption of agentic development through guidance and sharing best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–7 years Salesforce/software engineering experience with strong Salesforce development skills (Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flow, APIs, integrations).
- Experience building multi-agent or agentic AI applications and working with multiple LLM providers/models.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Gemini or similar.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect.

- Combines deep Salesforce engineering expertise with practical AI/LLM and agentic development experience, able to build complex integrated solutions and troubleshoot across platforms.
- Experienced in both AI platform engineering and Salesforce project delivery within enterprise environments involving multiple AI models and developer tools.
- Operates as a builder and enabler who advances developer adoption of AI-assisted, agentic workflows, balancing rapid experimentation with production-quality delivery.
