About This Role
- Own strategy, planning, and management of enterprise-wide Zero Trust architecture focused on identity governance and access management.
- Design and implement security policies and access controls across Active Directory, Entra ID, and SailPoint environments, maintaining platform stability and integrations.
- Drive continuous process improvements, set engineering standards, manage vendor relationships, and apply AI tooling for infrastructure visibility and incident prevention.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience managing Active Directory and Entra ID environments.
- Strong expertise in authentication protocols: LDAP, Kerberos, SAML, OAuth; plus MFA and SSO technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Identity Governance platforms, preferably SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading enterprise Zero Trust identity security initiatives and managing complex IAM platforms at scale.
- Skilled in designing lifecycle management processes including user lifecycle, access certifications, and role management with workflow automation.
- Competent in PowerShell scripting and leveraging AI-based tools for proactive system monitoring and diagnostics.
