About This Role
- Develop and lead comprehensive test strategies, plans, and automated frameworks for complex software features, including Agentic AI solutions.
- Execute various testing types (functional, regression, integration, performance, security) and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Establish and improve quality metrics and processes, perform root cause analysis of defects, and mentor junior analysts on quality standards and automation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 6–9+ years of experience in software quality assurance or test engineering.
- Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, Java).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with CI/CD systems (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong technical expertise in test automation frameworks and API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI, REST-Assured).
- Experience in continuous improvement of testing practices in Agile or DevOps molds and scaling testing capabilities across teams.
- Capability to lead testing strategy for advanced technologies like Agentic AI and mentor others to uphold quality culture.
