About This Role
- Provide exceptional customer service using the C.H.A.R.M. service model to enhance consumer experience.
- Support retail operations including POS management, stock replenishment, pricing, promotions, and store maintenance.
- Collaborate with Store Management to achieve sales goals and ensure compliance with asset protection and inventory control policies.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum age requirement: 16 years or older.
- 2-3 years of retail experience preferred, ideally in sports and footwear industry.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours with consistent attendance.
- Work Experience Required: 2-3 years retail experience preferred.
