About This Role
- Oversee and manage end-to-end Salesforce processes including leads, opportunities, quotes, contracts, orders, and renewals ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
- Provide day-to-day Salesforce user support, including handling access requests, reports, dashboards, and resolving issues across Sales, Finance, Legal, and IT teams.
- Support Salesforce enhancements by executing UAT, testing new features, maintaining documentation, conducting training, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC).
- Experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, CRM Operations, Contract Management, or Order Management preferred; Salesforce certification is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing and coordinating complex Salesforce workflows and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration.
- Detail-oriented with strong skills in data validation, issue resolution, and user support within Sales and CRM environments.
- Capable of executing and supporting system enhancements, including UAT, training, and documentation maintenance.
