About This Role
- Lead and manage process improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to meet business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, financial results, and project outcomes to prioritize and drive improvements.
- Train, mentor, and develop staff on Lean and Six Sigma practices to enhance team capability and project success.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech).
- 15 to 20 years of relevant experience in process improvement and project management.
- Must work on-site 5 days a week (office location requirement).
- Work Experience Required: 15 to 20 years.

- Experienced leader comfortable managing and motivating teams towards operational excellence in manufacturing or similar sectors.
- Strong analytical and project management skills with demonstrated success in Lean and Six Sigma implementation.
