About This Role
- Manage operations finance accounting, reporting, and business partnering including maintaining financial records per GAAP and organizational standards.
- Prepare financial performance reports for internal and external stakeholders and support annual business planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and P&L commentary.
- Lead month-end closing activities, SOX controls updates, internal control meetings, capex review, and support investment proposal evaluations and cost reduction projects.
Minimum Requirements
- Chartered Accountant degree or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum 4 years post-qualification work experience.
- Proficiency in GAAP financial record-keeping and reporting standards.
- Based in or willing to work at Ch Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra location.

- Experience with financial operations in a manufacturing or industrial organization with complex financial reporting needs.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple concurrent priorities including month-end, forecasting, and internal controls.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to develop automated financial tools and lead cost reduction initiatives.
