About This Role
- Manage financial accounting, statutory reporting, audits, taxation, compliance, corporate governance, and working capital across multiple legal entities.
- Ensure timely financial reporting, strong internal controls, regulatory compliance, and efficient cash and vendor payment processes.
- Supervise one team member and collaborate with business stakeholders, auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies to meet financial and compliance objectives.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, compliance, and controllership roles.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP/S4HANA.
- Experience managing statutory audits and regulatory compliance.
- Location: Kurla; Travel: Low.
