About This Role
- Support installation, configuration, validation, and integration of Philips Cardiology Informatics solutions including Xper IM and IntelliSpace Cardiovascular (ISCV).
- Provide go-live and post-go-live hypercare to stabilize clinical operations in cardiology and cath lab environments.
- Troubleshoot application, interface, and workflow issues and document support activities per company standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 7 - 10 years of experience in healthcare IT implementation or technical support.
- Exposure to cardiology informatics, CVIS, or enterprise imaging systems.
- Basic knowledge of HL7 messaging and hospital IT environments.
- Role requires on-site presence at company facilities at least 3 days per week.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with Philips Cardiology Informatics solutions, preferably Xper IM and IntelliSpace Cardiovascular.
- Familiarity with cath lab and cardiology clinical workflows.
- Understanding or interest in AI/ML applications and HL7/FHIR interoperability within clinical cardiology workflows.
