About This Role
- Design, build, test, and maintain Windows and macOS software packages for enterprise deployment via Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro.
- Manage application lifecycle including packaging, deployment, updates, troubleshooting, and compliance to minimize user disruption.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts (PowerShell, Bash/Zsh) and maintain packaging documentation and security compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- 5+ years specialized experience in Windows and macOS application packaging.
- Experience with enterprise deployments using Microsoft Intune and/or Jamf Pro.
- Scripting proficiency in PowerShell and Bash or Zsh; knowledge of Windows Registry and macOS system equivalents.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in large-scale endpoint management environments using Intune and Jamf Pro with complex packaging and deployment challenges.
- Strong technical authority capable of complex troubleshooting and automation for application deployment.
- Comfortable working UK business hours with potential rotational shifts based on business needs.
