About This Role
- Own monitoring and triage of cloud systems health and performance, prioritizing and routing issues effectively.
- Act as frontline customer support for ClearDATA Secure Cloud users, resolving common requests and escalating as needed.
- Execute infrastructure changes, investigate escalated incidents, tune monitoring tools, and ensure healthcare compliance across cloud environments.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years hands-on cloud engineering or systems administration experience supporting managed healthcare cloud services.
- Practical knowledge of at least one major public cloud: AWS, Azure, or GCP; willingness to troubleshoot across all three.
- Strong IT operations foundation including networking, identity access management, Linux and Windows OS administration.
- Working proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell); Professional level certification in AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in frontline cloud support roles requiring independent incident triage and resolution using runbooks and SOPs.
- Comfortable operating in secure, HIPAA-compliant healthcare cloud environments with strict adherence to compliance standards.
- Capable of balancing customer communication with technical execution to maintain system health and quickly restore services.
