About This Role
- Lead end-to-end development of critical software modules and cross-team features, ensuring scalable and secure solutions.
- Design system and component-level architectures with reusable frameworks and drive modernization efforts including performance optimization and refactoring.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, influence engineering best practices, and effectively leverage AI tools for design, coding, testing, and documentation acceleration.
Minimum Requirements
- 12–18 years of work experience in software engineering or related roles.
- Strong expertise in .NET Core, Angular, microservices architecture, API design, and modular architecture.
- Proficient with SQL performance tuning, relational database design, and working knowledge of Azure deployment and cloud-native patterns.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
