About This Role
- Own and drive the technical direction, architecture, stability, and security of Ciena's ServiceNow platform to ensure long-term success.
- Assess, design, and implement scalable, secure, maintainable ServiceNow solutions including hands-on development, troubleshooting, and code reviews.
- Define and enforce standards for architecture, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and governance while leading technical discussions and platform upgrades.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years experience in senior roles such as ServiceNow Platform Lead, Technical Architect, Solution Architect, or Lead Developer.
- Strong ServiceNow development, scripting, architecture, integration, security, and upgrade management expertise.
- Experience with ITSM, CMDB, Asset Management, App Engine, Service Portal/Employee Center, Automated Test Framework, Discovery, Service Mapping, Performance Analytics, and Strategic Portfolio Management.
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years in relevant ServiceNow technical leadership roles.
