About This Role
- Drive volume hiring of Campus Managers by converting leads through outbound recruiting campaigns (calls, emails, texts).
- Follow recruitment plans and coordinate with interviewing and training teams to meet quarterly recruiting goals.
- Own weekly reporting on recruiting metrics and collaborate with Recruiting Team Manager and fellow recruiters.
Minimum Requirements
- 1+ years of high volume recruiting experience.
- 1+ years of outbound sales and marketing experience.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English with a neutral accent.
- LinkedIn recruiting experience preferred; work-from-home role based anywhere in India with working hours Monday - Friday, 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST.
