About This Role
- Accountable for sourcing, qualifying, and converting student candidates into Campus Managers through high-volume outbound recruiting and sales activities.
- Execute recruitment campaigns using calls, emails, and texts to meet and exceed individual and quarterly recruiting targets.
- Collaborate closely with Recruiting Team Manager and interview/training teams, reporting weekly on recruiting metrics to support scale-up of campus entrepreneur recruitment.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of high volume recruiting experience, preferably with LinkedIn recruiting experience.
- Minimum 1 year of outbound sales and marketing experience.
- Exceptional English communication skills with a neutral accent are mandatory.
- This is a remote role based in India; working hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST.
