About This Role
- Support administration of private equity, private credit, private real estate, and hedge fund products globally.
- Manage fund operations tasks including capital calls and distributions, NAV validation, valuation support, cash management, audit and tax support, and report preparation.
- Ensure regulatory and internal fund reports are accurate and up-to-date while maintaining policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in Fund Accounting, Reporting, Investor Servicing, or Investment Operations within Private Equity, Real Estate, or Hedge Fund industry.
- 4-year college degree required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and advanced Excel/data skills; programming knowledge (VBA, Python) is a plus.
- Shift: EMEA Shift (1:30 pm - 10:30 pm IST) based in Mumbai, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience handling investment operations involving interaction with investment managers, investors, administrators, and custodians.
- Technical aptitude for operational efficiency, process improvement, and familiarity with GAAP, global regulations (US FATCA, AIFMD, MiFID), and alternative investment strategies.
- Experience preparing and validating NAV, capital transactions, cash management, audit support, and regulatory filings for alternative funds.
