About This Role
- Lead multiple and complex Finance & Accounting (F&A) process accounts ensuring operational excellence and client SLA adherence.
- Manage client relationships, team building, process delivery goals, and P&L of the vertical as an independent business unit.
- Drive quality initiatives (COPC/ISO), recruit senior leadership, implement business diversifications, and lead client interactions including CFO-level engagements.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years experience with strong domain expertise in Finance & Accounting operations.
- Post Graduate degree or qualified CA/CMA.
- Experience managing large teams and handling multiple diverse F&A processes including FP&A, Group Reporting, and Transformation projects.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and willingness to travel.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior leader with extensive experience managing large, diverse F&A operations and business units with profit & loss accountability.
- Proven ability in client relationship management at senior (CFO) levels and leading stakeholder management.
- Strong commercial acumen combined with expertise in F&A process risk and controls and driving transformation initiatives.
