About This Role
- Define and execute AI product vision, roadmap, and delivery aligned to growth objectives with focus on AI agents and decision-support tools for portfolio and commercial teams.
- Drive measurable business impact through AI-powered insights, qualified leads, opportunity creation, and revenue pipeline growth; partner with multiple teams to maximize adoption.
- Lead end-to-end development and adoption of AI agents, predictive models, and portfolio intelligence solutions ensuring scalable, governed AI platforms and measurable KPIs.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in product management, analytics, or digital platforms.
- Experience with AI/ML or data-driven products (preferred).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Business or related field; MBA from a tier-1 institute preferred.
- Exposure to pharmaceutical processes is a strong plus.
