About This Role
- Provide expert day-to-day application support and functional leadership for Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll within a Managed Services environment.
- Design solutions and advise clients on best practices and configuration for successful ongoing cloud payroll service delivery.
- Offer training, coaching, pre-sales demo assistance, and expert guidance on Oracle HCM Cloud processes and roadmaps.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-8 years experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including at least two full projects as a functional expert in Payroll.
- Deep knowledge of UK payroll and absence legislation and Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll module.
- Strong functional skills in translating business requirements into solutions with excellent English communication.
- Able to work independently, unsupervised, and on UK business hours (2 PM to 11 PM IST shift).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll services within Managed Services or support environments with client-facing focus.
- Functional expertise primarily in Payroll with cross-knowledge of Absence, Time & Labour modules preferred.
- Capable of providing leadership, training, and consultancy including pre-sales support and documentation in Oracle HCM Cloud domain.
