About This Role
- Lead design, build, and optimization of scalable enterprise systems supporting Go-To-Market teams, focusing on Salesforce ecosystem and connected applications.
- Drive system automation, integration, and modernization to improve revenue process efficiency and operational excellence across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship; manage incident response processes focusing on system resilience and sustainability.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years experience leading design, development, and deployment of AI-first enterprise systems.
- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, CLM, and integrations using tools like Workato.
- Experience with SSO protocols (SAML, OIDC, SCIM) and enterprise identity tools (e.g., Okta).
- Location requirement: In-office presence in Pune, India; remote work not available.

- Demonstrated impact driving system-level changes and scalability in early-stage or fast-paced environments.
- Strategic focus on AI-first system design and workflow automation to enhance GTM operations.
