About This Role
- Own technical validation of solution designs, estimates, and scope of work for Oil & Gas projects.
- Conduct on-site data collection, support post-contract design review, and participate in transition meetings with Operations to ensure alignment on project scope, timeline, and customer requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders including suppliers and vendors, focusing on Physical Security, Radio, Networking, Safety Communication, and Cybersecurity Systems.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication, Electronic, Electrical, or similar field.
- More than 7 years’ experience in Physical Security, Radio Systems, Networking Systems, Safety Communication, and Cybersecurity Systems relevant to Oil & Gas industry.
- In-depth technical knowledge of ADNOC, Qatar Energy, Kuwait Oil Company, and PDO standards.
- Work Experience Required: More than 7 years relevant experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in validating vendor quotes technically and commercially, including negotiation skills per project requirements.
- Skilled in preparing Techno Commercial Proposals, including technical write-ups, Bill of Quantities, and Concept Block Diagrams for Telecom & Security systems.
- Able to handle technical queries from clients and consultants and adapt communication styles effectively to different stakeholders.
