About This Role
- Support development, execution, and transformation of Sanofi’s Source to Pay (S2P) strategy in Hyderabad and global operations.
- Govern BPO processes to ensure efficiency and meet S2P KPIs/CPI, driving process standardization, optimization, and continuous improvement for global S2P service delivery.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to implement digital S2P solutions, monitor Core Model compliance, report performance metrics, and guide process adoption.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field mandatory.
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Source-to-Pay or Procure-to-Pay process ownership role.
- Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel, VBA/Macros, basic SQL, and Python for data analysis and automation.
- Ability to travel approximately 10% and fluency in English required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing S2P process governance at scale with a global and BPO context, including KPI and process improvement management.
- Skilled in process optimization and digital solution implementation within S2P, with strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities.
- Effective collaborator able to influence and drive harmonized, standardized S2P process adoption across diverse international teams.
