About This Role
- Lead platform modernization and transformation initiatives for core legacy application systems.
- Own application system analysis, programming activities, and architectural decisions for enterprise platforms.
- Resolve high-impact technical problems and provide coaching to mid-level developers and analysts.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience as a Senior Engineering Lead.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Angular with full stack development expertise.
- Experience in AI tooling utilization and prompt engineering qualification.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

- Experienced in managing and delivering complex technology projects with an ability to prioritize dynamically.
- Subject Matter Expert in at least one Applications Development area, capable of driving architectural and design decisions.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in mentoring and coaching technical teams.
