About This Role
- Own quality engineering for Tableau Core analytics products impacting customer and partner business-critical functions.
- Develop and maintain test automation tools, frameworks, and infrastructure to improve product quality and engineering productivity.
- Lead root cause analysis of customer issues, build test plans, testing standards, and monitor quality health metrics to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years experience testing analytical applications, data visualizations, data pipelines, or machine learning models.
- Strong programming skills in Java and Python; experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and databases; knowledge of SQL and data pipeline development.

- Experienced in handling complex testing scenarios involving large datasets and data pipelines in product development environments.
- Capable of independently driving quality initiatives, including tooling and automation to increase developer productivity and release velocity.
- Skilled in cross-team collaboration and communication across geographies to maintain product quality and address customer issues effectively.
