About This Role
- Own day-to-day support, troubleshooting, and enhancement of Workday HCM integrations with internal and external vendors including payroll and benefits providers.
- Lead technical efforts in requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment of Workday integrations and reports across functional areas like Benefits, Payroll, and Compensation.
- Participate in project work and Workday releases to improve HR platform integrations and reporting capabilities.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years professional experience working with and building Workday HCM integrations in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical skills in Workday Studio, BIRT, Core Connectors, EIBs, Web Services, REST APIs, XML, and XSLT.
- Experience in building and maintaining calculated fields and reports (Advanced, Matrix, Dashboard) in Workday.
- Hybrid work model requiring minimum two days per week in assigned TU office location.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Technically skilled Workday Integration Specialist with ability to lead end-to-end integration lifecycle and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Experienced in integrating Workday with third-party vendors and internal systems including bi-directional Active Directory integrations and security management.
- Capable of operating effectively in a fast-paced, global HRIS environment with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
